process & pricing
Here is a basic rundown of my process and pricing.
Be aware, pricing can vary between projects depending on complexity of design, quantity of product and the revision process, so it's best to contact me for a thorough quote. I'm always happy to set up an online meeting as well and always appreciate face-to-face meetings with my clients.
I can provide final files in any format you may need and I typically create a protected Google Drive folder for client files.
Additionally, I'm happy to sign any NDA you may have and I also have my own transfer of design rights contract, if needed.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, I will respond in a timely manner.
I employ a 6 step process in all of my projects:
- Client briefing: This is where you give me all the details and preferences regarding the project as well as your expected timeline. If an NDA is required, this will be taken care of at this point.
- Research: This involves looking into what your market is, current brands and any additional info and helps me establish a theme for the project.
- Concepts: I will provide several initial concepts and then we will hone that down to a defined direction for the project. This may take a few rounds, but I rarely go beyond three to find a base point for the design.
- Feedback/Revisions: We will work together to achieve the best possible results. Revisions are usually included in the quote price.
- Final approval: This is where you have the final say, naturally.
- Final production & completion: This includes file prep (any format you may need) and if a transfer of design rights contract is part of our agreement, that will be delivered along with the files. I create a shared folder for you in Google Drive.
Pricing can vary dramatically between projects. This is a loose guide for base pricing.
I am flexible and can quote hourly or flat rate project fees.
