Pastorelli anniversary logo revamp project

Client has their 100th anniversary coming up and I was tasked with updating some of their brand and affiliated brand logos. 
Image 1 has a scan of the original label, below that is my update

Image 2 shows a scan of existing artwork that needed to be enlarged and digitized if possible. I was able to recreate the chef image and combined that with a variant of the current label (top left) for a new, high quality logo.

Image three combined text from the original can label (top left) with the current label (top right) to form a new logo that also features Monde Selection Medals to reflect the company's culinary award winning status.
